Create your own email universe

Declutter your inbox by using subEmails for all "no-reply" emails such as newsletters or OTPs.

non-important emails.

How it works

You bring your own domain, the subEmails will give you access to easy subdomain management with the ability to receive emails.

email spaces on subemails.com.

== Step 1. ==

Let's say you own the domain home.com.
if you don't own any, you can purchase one from registrars such as namecheap.com or porkbun.com for as cheap as $X / year.

Create two NS records pointing to subemails nameservers depending on your goal.

( A )

You want to register the whole domain so you can receive emails on @home.com and all it's subdomains managed by subEmails.

You can receive emails on subdomains such as @my.notes.home.com or @temp.home.com.

( B )

Or you want to use a subdomain for your existing domain that you already use, e.g. for website hosting.

In this case you can create DNS records in your provider's nameserver pointing to your chosen subdomain, for instance my.home.com.

You will be able to receive emails on @my.home.com and all it's subdomains managed by subEmails, such as @go.my.home.com.

A. Whole domain

NAMESERVERS
ns1.subemails.com
ns2.subemails.com
( A ) You will provide NS records to your domain registar such as godaddy.com or namecheap.com.

B. The subdomain "my"

Type Name Content TTL
NS my ns1.subemails.com Auto
NS my ns2.subemails.com Auto
( B ) You will add NS records into your hosting provider's nameserver, e.g. cloudflare.com.

== Step 2. ==

You will add your domain home.com ( A ) or my.home.com ( B ) inside the subEmails and you are ready to receive some emails.
You can of course create multiple subdomains on your newly added domain, they will be instantly available for emails.

Features

subEmails pack several helpful features compared to ordinary or temporary email services.

  • Never loose access to your accounts

You own the domain, it's yours. You can always take your domain elsewhere and still be able to receive emails.

  • Fully private

Unlike temporary email services, the email is not open to public.

  • A clean domain

If you use a temporary service to create an email so you can try a SasS before you buy, the domain might be banned. This will not happen if you bring your own domain.

  • Encryption by default

Your emails are received TLS encrypted by default. No one can read your emails in transit.

  • Simple UI

Unlike traditional email inbox, this one is simplified and created for consumption only.

  • Simple email organization

You emails are organized by subdomains, inbox address becomes a label.

Best use case?

Run your main inbox alongside the subEmails spaces on the same domain.

Use [email protected] as your primary email address for important stuff and let manage everything else on ***@***.sub.yourmail.com by subEmails.
